By using this website, you signify that you agree to and comprehend all the terms and conditions outlined herein. Please review this Agreement carefully, as it pertains to your legal rights and any limitations thereof.

Event Ticket Authorization & Agent Responsibilities

‌We are an authorized ticket agent for the Chiang Mai yi peng lantern festival (hereinafter referred to as the "Event").

Our obligations hereunder shall include:

  • Issuing official tickets provided by the Event Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer");
  • Providing accurate and detailed Event information to ticket purchasers (hereinafter referred to as "Guests");
  • Rendering payment-related support to Guests in strict compliance with the Organizer’s official policies.

Our responsibilities shall not extend to the following:

  • Any issues arising from the Event execution or services provided directly by the Organizer, including but not limited to on-site registration, transportation arrangements, and on-event service delivery;
  • Any loss, personal injury, or property damage incurred by Guests, whether within or outside the scope of the Event’s scheduled programs;
  • Additional expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political actions, or social unrest, which shall be borne solely by the Guests.

Payment Terms

Full Payment Requirement

Full payment is required for all tickets, including yi peng festival tickets and new year countdown tickets (collectively referred to as "Tickets").

Accepted Payment Methods

We support the following online payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), and China UnionPay.

Service Processing Fee

A credit card service processing fee (equivalent to approximately 3-4% of the total ticket amount) shall apply to all transactions completed via credit card, which will be charged upon successful online payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All Tickets are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Guests' failure to attend the Event ("No-Show");
  • Guests' voluntary withdrawal after ticket purchase;
  • Event cancellation or postponement due to force majeure events (including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, wars, government mandates, or extreme weather) that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and beyond the Organizer’s control.

By purchasing the Tickets, guests acknowledge and accept the aforementioned risk of Event disruption due to force majeure and waive any right to claim refunds or compensation arising therefrom.

Limitation of Liability

Intermediary Role

We act solely as an intermediary between Guests and the Organizer, transportation service providers, suppliers, and local tourism authorities. We do not assume direct liability for the services provided by third parties (including the Organizer).

Exclusion of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss, personal injury, or property damage incurred by Guests, whether within or outside the scope of the Event's scheduled programs;
  • Additional expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political actions, or social unrest;
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information (including text, images, trademarks, data, or other content) provided by third parties (including the Organizer). We reserve the right to modify or update such content without prior notice.

Privacy Policy

We shall only use Guests' personal information (including but not limited to name and email address) for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Communicating with Guests regarding ticket purchases, Event updates, and service delivery;
  • Providing requested services and relevant information or news;
  • Complying with legal or regulatory requirements.

We shall maintain the confidentiality of Guests' personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Travel Insurance

The Ticket price does not include overseas travel insurance. Guests are strongly advised to purchase adequate travel insurance to cover risks related to personal safety, health, and property during their overseas travel, as recommended by their insurance provider. We shall not be liable for any losses or damages not covered by such insurance.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms and Conditions shall take effect immediately upon being posted on our official website and shall not have retrospective effect on any existing contracts concluded prior to the amendment. Guests continued use of our services or website following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions shall constitute acceptance of such revisions.
