2. Free shuttle transfer between meeting point and venue.

Exclusion

1. Transportation bwtween your hotel and the meeting point is not included. Arrange your own transportation to meeting point.
2. The cost of souvenirs and food outside the food zone of the venue is at your own expense.
3. Other personal expenses. You are suggested to bring a marker pen to write on the lantern.

  • 17:30-18:30 Meet the staff at meeting point, board the free shuttle service and depart to the venue.
  • 18:00 Arrive at the venue and get paper ticket at registration. Get in the venue and have fun: local folk market, snacks, lanna performance.
  • 18:30 Dinning zone open. Enjoy buffet dinner at your food zone.
  • 21:00 Pagoda zone open. Find your seat and enjoy performance.
  • 23:45 Releasing sky lanterns and prepare for New Year Countdown
  • 00:00-00:25 Gran fireworks performance
  • Transfer back to Chiang Mai | Board the free shuttle at parking lot and transfer back to Chiang Mai.

Kind Reminder

  • Child policy: Children under 8 enter free but must sit with parents. No extra lanterns or souvenirs are provided, and they may share a parent's meal.
  • Ticket Validation: Present your e-ticket (with QR code) at meeting point to board the free shuttle. Present your e-ticket (with QR code) at the venue to check-in and get paper ticket;
  • Passport information: You may need to show your passport information at meeting point or registration gate for verification. You are suggested to take a photo of the personal information page of your passport and save it on your mobile phone just in case.

  • Weather Preparation: Nighttime temperatures drop to 12–15°C; bring a light jacket .
